Lecture of Vice-President Viviane Reding

Viviane Reding, Vice-President of the European Commission, visited the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg on 25 March 2013 in order to give a lecture entitled "Strengthening mutual trust: Towards a true European Area of civil justice".


First IAPL-MPI Post-Doctoral Summer School on European and Comparative Procedural Law: Call for Applications

Organized in collaboration with the International Association of Procedural Law (IAPL), the Summer School will take place at the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg between the 20th and the 23rd of July 2014. Applications shall be submitted no later than 15 March 2014.

The external evaluation of Reg. No 1346/2000/EC on insolvency proceedings, conducted by the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg in collaboration with Heidelberg University and the University of Vienna, has been issued.
