Clemens A. Feinäugle is Coordinator of Scientific Research and a Senior Research Fellow.
Clemens graduated from the University of Augsburg, completed his bar exam at the Higher Regional Court of Munich and obtained a Ph.D. (summa cum laude) from the University of Heidelberg. Before joining the Institute, he worked in the international law unit of the legal department of the World Health Organization (WHO) in Geneva. Before that, he held positions as a law clerk at the Federal Constitutional Court of Germany and as a Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg. His research interests focus on general international law, international dispute settlement, the law of international organisations (specifically the United Nations), international trade law and German and comparative constitutional law.
