Luca Pasquet is a Senior Research Fellow.
Luca Pasquet holds a PhD in international law (summa cum laude avec les félicitations du jury) from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies of Geneva (Switzerland), and a Master degree in law (cum laude) from the University of Torino (Italy). His thesis focused on the relationship between the immunities of international organizations and the right to have access to a court. Between 2011 and 2014, he worked as a teaching assistant at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies. His current research interests include legal pluralism, inter-systemic law, legal theory, international immunities and human rights.
