Image Rights – 11 August 1982 Law – Photographs (the “Contents”) will be taken during the event. Consent is necessary for a photographer to take a photo of an individual. However, this consent can be given implicitly by acknowledging the action on the moment. The use / publication of a targeting individuals’ photographs requires the explicit consent of the subject, in written form, prior to the use or publication of the aforementioned photograph. By giving your consent, you agree to grant the institute for the use and reproduction of the Contents for the purpose of producing any promotional material for the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg, and/or for internal & external communication purposes within the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg and in particular on all media, on all formats (digitally & paper). The consent is valid until it is withdrawn.

Data Protection– The following Personal Data will be mandatorily collected by this form: first name, surname, mail address, institutional affiliation, job title solely for organisational purposes. The aforementioned personal data, as well as other personal data (quotes, transcript, speeches, ...), may be collected and used for other processing such as announcements in the Internal Max Planck Institute’s newsletter, announcements on LinkedIn Max Planck Institute’s account, potential creation of a press release about the conference. The data will be processed for a period of 3 year or upon the consent withdrawal of a participant before being anonymized.
