Hélène Ruiz Fabri awarded CNRS Silver Medal
Hélène Ruiz Fabri, Professor of Law and Director of the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for Procedural Law, has been awarded the Silver Medal from the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS)*.
With its Medal, the CNRS honours researchers who are recognized nationally and internationally for the originality, quality, and importance of their work. Hélène Ruiz Fabri has been distinguished for her scientific achievements on WTO Law and International Dispute Resolution as well as Comparative and Constitutional Law. The Silver Medal pays homage to Professor Ruiz Fabri for the development of scientific collaborations enhancing the openness of law to other social sciences.
Hélène Ruiz Fabri has been recently appointed arbitrator by the EU on the EU-Republic of Korea Free Trade Agreements, while teaching at the Sorbonne Law School (University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne) of which she has been Dean for four years.
