On 14 and 15 January 2016, Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Burkhard Hess will be the Scientific Head of the Conference “59. Bitburger Gespräche” on the topic “Arbitration and the Privatization of Justice – Legal Policy Challenges"
The conference deals with the role of state institutions in the process of the increasing privatization of justice and the limits to such privatization.
