Professor Bruno Simma gave a lecture at the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg on 5th November 2014

Bruno Simma, a former Judge of the International Court of Justice (ICJ), spoke about the topic “Human Rights before the International Court of Justice”. An audience of over 70 participants followed the lecture and the subsequent discussion.

This Lecture was part of the monthly Max Planck Lecture Series. The next lecture on the topic of “Globalization, Europeanization, Digitization: Adapting the Civil Justice System to Changed Legal Needs” will be given by Professor Gralf-Peter Calliess (Bremen University, Germany) at the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg on 14th January 2015.
