Opening Conference of the Institute

On 7 May 2013, in preparation for the Opening Ceremony of the Institute, a Symposium was organized on "Dispute Resolution and Law Enforcement in the Financial Crisis". The following distinguished guests took part in the event:

• Professor David Skeel (University of Pennsylvania)

• Professor Stefania Bariatti (University of Milan)

• Professor Paolo Giudici (Free University of Bozen-Bolzano)

On the part of the Institute, presentations were delivered by Professor Burkhard Hess (Executive Director of the Institute) and Professors Verica Trstenjak and Marco Ventoruzzo (External Scientific Members of the Institute).
