The Max Planck Institute Luxembourg is hosting a satellite site for the Yale International Investment Arbitration Breakfast Roundtable on 12 February 2016 at the Max Planck Institute, from14:20-15:45. Emmanuel Gaillard and Yas Banifatemi will speak in New York on shareholder rights in investment treaty arbitration, followed by an open discussion. The institutions involved, including Yale Law School, the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg and Shearman & Sterling offices in Washington, D.C., and Paris, link sites around the world into the discussion via videoconference, and all attendants will be able to participate in the conversation.
