20 May 2019

Closed event

The workshop aims at raising critical awareness of current developments in EU procedural law by providing a closer insight into recent proceedings of the CJEU and selected national case-law.

First, it addresses the far-reaching implications of the rule of law crisis in the European legal order, triggered by the political developments in Central and Eastern Member States.

Second, it focuses on recent case-law involving fundamental issues of EU procedural law in civil and commercial matters.
