Forum on Procedural Law of the Court of Justice of the EU
Monday, 25 February 2019, 08:45
The Forum of the CJEU Procedural Law is twofold. First, it intends to tackle cutting-edge procedural issues which arise in the Court's proceedings and case-law. Second, it aims at providing an update on procedural issues. It takes its name from the intention to have an open dialog among specialists of EU Law and Procedural Law and to foster comparison with other courts, be they domestic or international.
The event is co-organised by Prof. Daniel Sarmiento Ramírez-Escudero (Professor of EU Law, Complutense University of Madrid), Prof. Hélène Ruiz-Fabri (Executive Director, Max Planck Institute Luxembourg and Prof. Burkhard Hess (Director, Max Planck Institute Luxembourg).
