With a natural vocation to comparative and transnational legal research, the Institute is meant to be a place where lively exchanges between academia and legal practice converge. Its culture of discussion shall be the reason for scholars from all over the world to come to Luxembourg in order to conduct research on and discuss questions of procedural law.
