BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF ''EUROCASES'':

EuroCases is a multilingual legal database providing online access to national case law linked to EU law. With more than 150,000 decisions of national courts referring to EU legislation and judgments of the EU Court of Justice, EuroCases is a unique and valuable source of knowledge and inspiration for legal professionals across Europe. The service combines legal information from numerous European and national databases and portals, such as EUR-Lex (including the document collections ‘JURE’ and ‘National case law’), JuriFast, Dec.Nat, Info Lugano, Reflets, Legifrance (France), Rechtsinformations-system (Austria), judiciary.gov.uk (United Kingdom), the web site of the Federal Court of Justice (Bundesgerichtshof, Germany) and many others. The service is especially useful for judges, lawyers, legal counsel and legal researchers as well as legal experts and administrative staff of EU and national public institutions.
