Investment Arbitration Reporter is an electronic news service tracking cross-border arbitration between foreign investors and their host governments. IAReporter specializes in tracking and chronicling so-called investor-state arbitrations. These arbitrations are often-confidential in nature, but may have major financial, legal and policy impacts.

Key website features:

The latest news and analysis articles are published to our home page. A fuller archive of past articles dating back to 2009 can be accessed on the "News & Analysis" page.

The best way to follow the latest news and analysis is to sign up for email alerts. IAReporter will email you when new articles on the website are published. IAReporter typically emails readers 1-2 times per week.

The Arbitrator Profiles list the known case-work of the most active arbitrators in the field of investor-state arbitration.

IAReporter also bundles its reporting into magazine-style PDF editions, which can be downloaded and printed for offline viewing. The PDF editions are located here on the website.
