Reforming the Procedural Rules and Working Practices of
Interstate Courts and Tribunals

On 26 October 2021 from 19.00 to 21.00 CET, Professor Hélène Ruiz Fabri, Director of the Department of International Law and Dispute Resolution, will join Prof. Shotaro Hamamoto (Kyoto University), Dr Filippo Fontanelli (University of Edinburgh) and Dr Arman Sarvarian (University of Surrey) in hosting a side event to the 76th session of the United Nations 6th Committee (Legal).

This virtual event, hosted as part of the International Law Week, will focus on reforms to procedural rules and working practices of interstate courts and tribunals.

The speakers are former officers of the International Law Association Committee on the Procedure of International Courts and Tribunals whose final report and resolution were adopted by the 79th Biennial ILA Conference (Kyoto) in December 2020. The event can be accessed here.
