Data Protection – The following Personal Data will be mandatorily collected by this form: first name, surname, mail address, institutional affiliation, job title under the legitimate interest of the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg solely for organisational purposes. The aforementioned personal data, as well as other personal data (quotes, transcript, speeches,..), may be collected and used for other processing such as announcements in the Internal Max Planck Institute’s newsletter, announcements on LinkedIn Max Planck Institute’s account, potential creation of a press release about the conference.. The legal basis for processing is the free and explicit consent of the participants. The data will be processed for a period of 3 year or upon the consent withdrawal of a participant before being anonymized.
