Enrico Sartori is a Research Fellow at the Max Planck Fellowship in European Financial Markets Law. He holds a Law degree from the University of Trento (Italy) and an LLM in the American Legal System (focused on business and financial US law) from Michigan State University.
Enrico is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Luxembourg under the supervision of Prof. Pierre-Henri Conac, researching on substantive issues of administrative enforcement in the financial sector.
Before joining the Institute, Enrico worked as a trainee lawyer in Milan, mainly practicing investment funds law, and as a teaching assistant in European business law at the University of Trento. His current research interests include financial markets law, administrative sanctioning regimes in the financial sector, and investment funds law.
