Professor Kevin D. Benish

Kevin Benish is an adjunct professor at the New York University School of Law, where he co-teaches International Litigation and Arbitration and writes in the areas of Civil Procedure, Transnational Litigation, Conflict of Laws, and Comparative Law.  He is currently revising an article on US, EU, and Canadian approaches to extraterritoriality and data privacy, and is also in the process of researching constitutional limitations on adjudicatory jurisdiction over multinational corporations in the United States.  His previous publications have been cited by numerous US courts.
