Barely one month after the publication of the third volume of the MPI collection of Studies another volume has been released, edited by Prof. Loïc Cadiet (Université Paris I, IAPL), and Prof. Burkhard Hess and Marta Requejo Isidro (MPI).

On Tuesday 27th of October, Prof. Hélène Ruiz Fabri was invited by Radio 100.7 to introduce the MPI Luxembourg for Procedural Law, and especially the Department of International Law and Dispute Resolution.
During this interview, Prof. Ruiz Fabri explained how the MPI Luxembourg can enrich public debate on the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership, highlighting the possible beneficial effects and flaws of such a Treaty.
