Anastasia Trubacheva
Anastasia Trubacheva studied law at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO University), from which she holds a Bachelor of Jurisprudence Degree in Administrative and Financial Law (2013), Master of Jurisprudence Degree in Private International and Civil Law (2015), Researcher. Research Instructor Degree (2018) and Candidate of Legal Sciences Degree (2020) in Civil Law, Business Law, Family Law and Private International Law.
Her doctoral research focuses on the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments on economic matters in the Eurasian Economic Union and the European Union.
Prior to joining the Institute, she gained her practical experience with the leading international law firms as well as national bank for development.
Her principal area of interest covers international procedural law, private international law, comparative procedural law, human rights, methodology of law, modern technologies.
